Online purchases made through are valid for exchange, or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

If your items are damaged, faulty, you have received the wrong item, wish to exchange it, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

Product Return Information

All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. You are welcome to make an like for like exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively you can choose a new product or a full purchase refund.

Buyers bear the cost of reshipping items that have been returned to me because the shipping company have been unable to deliver the package.   (if they wish to have their purchase reshipped).

Nightscape will bare the cost of reshipping items that are to be exchanged for any of the following reasons: They are either damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item.

Refund for Exchange Process

  1. Email your request for an exchange
  2. Complete the returned email detailing why you would like to exchange it and the item you would like to exchange it for.
  3. Return your order to Nightscape as per the instructions in the email.
  4. Once your order has been returned to me and found to be in the condition it was originally sent to you in, a full refund will be applied via your chosen method of payment.  (usually take 24-48hrs to arrive back in your account)
  5. You will then be required to re order your purchase via the website.

NB Exchanges will be permitted, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase i.e The item does not fit and is to be refunded and exchanged for an alternative size or if the buyer does not like the item and wishes to refund for an exchange of another product.

Nightscape will bear the cost or reshipping faulty goods, missing goods or incorrect orders.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for arranging shipment.

We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange.

Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the items back to us.

Missing Items and Partial Delivery

Nightscape in some cases we have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster. Please rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will resend the missing item for free within the warranty period.

Please be sure to check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.
